hi,
my name is Margaret and I work as a Registered Nurse.
I am 40 years old and have 3 kids aged 3 - 6, and a small dog. Hubby is a Registered Nurse and we met nursing.
I work in a small hospital on the med/surg ward and also in accident and emergency.
I work 3 nights a week generally.
I also have a Degree in Biology and love to study science / biology / paleontology.
I love animals and help in dog rescue from the pound. I like the countryside, especially high country and snow.
I do not smoke, drink or take any illegal drugs.
I have never been to the USA and know nothing of what it is like to work there or live there. I don't know what the different classifications of nurses mean so would like to find out what this all means, and I see alot of unhappiness in the nurses who work here, regarding their work situation. Australian nurses often gripe about what we do here, but nothing like the unhappiness that I feel form reading here.
I am looking for email penfriends to chat with. I have a couple of US email penfriends now and we have been penfriends for 3 years.
I would like to chat about anything (nothing smutty), find out about what life where you are is like and what it is like to work where you are, and just be generally friends and exchange emails and photos of kids and life generally. So any nurses interested in a penpal, let me know and post here or send an email.
I check my emails most days except when on nights.

Success stems from hard work, devotion, and the ability to learn from one's mistakes.
