I have many friends who have gone to California to nurse and love it. They are treating them extremely well. They are doing Primary Nursing which is always a draw. Plus the warmth and sunshine is all the incentive they needed. Wouldn't it be nice if all hospitals treated the staff they already had that way????

I had the pleasure of playing the role of an RN extra in the made for TV movie " Rise and Walk; The Dennis byrd Story " myself and other nurses chosen form the hospital staff were frequently asked by the directors for technical views as to the real look of the ER and Pts. I feel the knowlege we can give the movie media can only improve the publics views of healthcare workers.

Hey Sleepless, that must have been fun!! 
I had no idea we had a TV show...I'll have to see if I can find it. I'd love a REALISTIC TV show featuring nurses! But too often we see disrespectful stereotypes
