WOULD YOU CROSS A PICKET LINE AT YOUR HOSPITAL OR SOMEONE ELSES HOSPITAL ?

The only time I, personally, could justify crossing the picket lines of nurses striving to better their conditions is if my family was in dire straits and I absolutely needed that money to survive. I would rather a few American nurses come in to take care of the few patients remaining rather than the hospital bring in foreign recruits, to be honest. Someone needs to care for the few patients still in the hospitsal during our strike, after all.

But I understand the point that 'scabs' will prolong the negotiations process; but they are a necessary evil unfortunately. I could never be ugly to a scab or threaten violence to another nurse. They will be there for a short time only and what they're doing can't be easy. I figure they need the cash and try not to judge..
Success is the best revenge.
