Would just like to say hello to all. I am an adult student at an LPN program in New York State. Yes, class is tough, especially when you haven't been to school in over 30 years! I opted for a part-time - 2 year program. I am lovin' it! Instructor is "top-notch" tough BSN - but with a great sense of humor. I hope I can count on you guys to help me through. Thanks.

Hi Jan,
Welcome to Nursechat. I think its wonderful that you are in the nursing program and loving it. It is a very rewarding career. I hope you find this site very helpful throughout your time in school and in your career. I would also like to take this opportunity to invite you to stop by the chatroom whenever you have some free time. I know school can be tough, and I think its great to have a place you can go to for support. Again, welcome and hope to chat with you soon.

Success stems from hard work, devotion, and the ability to learn from one's mistakes.
