I would like to know how you feel concerning travel nurses receiving the same benefits as staff nurses.. ie paid sick time , vacation pay etc etc..
Success stems from hard work, devotion, and the ability to learn from one's mistakes.

Yes I think travelers should be offered benes...but until travel nurses band together and loudly demand it, I imagine the companies will not wish to provide them. ($$$)

Most agencies I've worked perdiem for DO have a 401K and I can get insurance if I work fulltime for them...but sick days and vacation days, no. Altho some travelers do have one or two sick days 'allowed' in a 13 week assignment...but some must work extra to make up lost time. I guess travel nurses are never supposed to get the flu, eh? LOL!

Success is the best revenge.
