HI, My name is Crystal, and I am going to a community college to get my LPN. I find I am having a really hard time with the Nursing diagnoses and the goals and AEB outcomes. the interventions and rationale I do not seem to have much of a problem with once I can get the rest. I need someone to really work with me on this. I know that once I finally get it, that will be it, I wont need anymore help, but until I reach that point I need a lot of help.
