Hello, I registered with this forum a month ago, but haven't taken the time to post anything.

I have just started a nursing program in Kansas. I wanted to know if any LPN's have had any problems finding traveling positions. I have worked as a lab tech and xray tech for the last 10 years. I thought my backgroud would be useful when coupled with a nursing degree. My wife and I camped and hiked for the last year through the Rockies and the west coast. We want to continue this lifestyle. When I complete the program I am in currently I will have an LPN license and an IV certification. If I could find positions as an LPN, I might not continue on and complete an RN program. Any thoughts?
