Thanks for your replies, everyone. I just want to see if we are as over-sexed as people say we are!!!

I have never had an affair with anyone from work or anywhere else for that matter. Not that I was not approached, or even tempted, but I value my marriage too much. I have been happily married for over 30 years and I want to see the rest of days out with the same person.

Is this a joke? Although, come to think of it, I have known of several nurses who developed "relationships" through work...

What about the option:
"I've never had an affair"
"I've never had an affair"

Well, I met my husband at work- I hope that doesn't count as an "affair" because we were both single and free. Worked at an interesting place (a residential treatment center for adolescents) where there were lots of young singles working, and many a match was made there! Many of them still together as are we.
I know affairs take place; I think it's truly sad when one or both parties is married; and it'd be easy to say that it's because of weak character of those involved. But, when people work in stressful conditions together they can get close. And I guess that if other factors are in place like a not-so-stable marriage, self-esteem issues (where someone is vulnerable to the attention of others), etc., it happens. So I try not to judge, am just happy that I've steered clear of it and have reached an age where it's not much of an issue anyway!!!

I've seen it happen to others but have never indulged myself. I had several doc and nurse coworkers who made it clear to me they were available if I ever wanted to, but I am/was happily married.
Just last week I surprised a cop and a lab tech in a lip lock in the hospital stairwell, so it still goes on...LOL!

Oh, I am really shocked. Do you really think any nurses or doctors would have an affair?
Happens all the time around our hospital. Several little young nurses end up marring them there doctors who were suppose to be happily married. My, I wonder who did the chasing. Some stay together and others don't. One doctor just left his younger nurse to move on to another new nurse in another state. He had already left his wife for this nurse. Wonder why she was so upset when this happened.
No, I have never had an affair of any kind, any where, with anyone. Been married to the same man for many, many years. If anyone leaves the marriage it will have to be him. I work too many hours and am too tired to mess around.

I have never had an actual affair at work. However, I met my wife at work. Yet, we got together after I left the particular job. Funny enough we did not get on very well when we did work together. I did not like her at that time. If you had asked me then, I would have felt that the idea I would have married her would have been an impossibility. Shows one how wrong we can be.
She tells me when we did work together I was her boss. Now we are married she is now my boss because the women is always the boss in a relationship. I dare not argue about this.

you are a smart man Pete. It pays to never argue over who is boss. Having learned this lesson you will live a long and happy life.

How bout adding the option "Did your other half have an affair with someone at work?"
That's what happened to me three years ago...my paramedic boyfriend had an affair with an admitting clerk/secretary in the emerg where we both worked.
