I was a nurse administrator for about 4 years in a nursing home. I would be glad to talk to you about it. Are you asking about educational requirements, or more? I think in most places you would need a BS in nursing and several years experience in the nursing home field. Email me if you want. mrsnurse213@yahoo.com
