I am a recruiter for a travel company. I have worked for four different organizations and I can help you make a decision. It depends on exactly what you are looking for. Is money most important? Travel included? Professionalism?

I honestly think that it's more important to find a good recruiter than a good company. Most companies have the same business model. Just find a person you can work with and who will care about your needs. THAT is the right place to be.
