questions about nursing in Australia

anyone have info on nursing in Australia, esp. working conditions?
I'm a pedi nurse here in San Francisco, with 2y experience and thinking about making a change to Australia. I have lots of general questions, would appreciate any words of advice from those with exp in Australia.

There are a lot of benefits to traveling to Australia to nurse.

which hospitals/community health services do you provide staff for in Melbourne? I am a general rn with a public health degree as well looking for work in Melbourne. Thanks biggrin.gif
