i am considering becoming a travelling nurse. not sure which agency is best and most reliable. or is there a specific recruiter that negotiates with the different agencies for you. i would like to know i can trust who i am dealing with. feedback from other nurses would be valuable.

Traveling is a very important decision and finding the right company is even more important. There are a lot of fly by night travel companies that are here today gone tomorrow. They say they have the jobs, It seems like they have the high payrates, but most of the time if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

My best advise to you is when looking at travel companies, look at the whole package. The payrates are not the only thing that is important. Also look at the health insurance benefits, the travel reimbursement, the housing situations, and the actual hospitals you are going to be working at.
