Has anyone heard of Readylink and their "composite" pay rate for tax savings? It's mind boggeling! Hard to compare apples to apples and know which is the better deal.

wink.gif I think what they are calling a composite rate is the same thing a lot of the travel agencies are now offering called "tax advantage." Basically, it gives you more net pay because you pay tax on the very least amount allowed by law. Part of your pay is designated as "per diem" and is not taxable income. Talk with at least three of four companies and see what different ones have to offer. I have seen negative posts regarding Ready Link. I have never worked with them myself. The only one I have worked with that I recommend is Netis Healthcare Staffing.
