I actually own the domain name NursingResumes.com, for that express purpose in the future. Although, one thing that concerned me was the potential for abuse, namely that non-recruiters might access personal info, and do stalking, or something.
I was thinking perhaps have partial public resumes, and then if a recruiter wanted more info, they could message the candidate, who would then decide if they wanted to give more information (and could check the background of the recruiter, before deciding).
What do others think?

That sounds great to me. As an independent recruiter, I know that I would be able to assist a lot of people with finding employment because I have a lot of job orders. However, due to the fact that I work alone and am not employed with some well off agency, I am unable to afford the costs that most of the sites charge for access to their nurse resumes. I feel that I am probably in the boat with a lot of independent recruiters that feel the same way. So I think the idea is wonderful and if there's anything I can do to assist with setting it up, feel free to contact me.

There are sites that you can search for free already out there, they just aren't that good, and that includes America's Job Bank. I haven't had one recruit from there ever, and they list the resumes by what people want to be when they grow up, instead of what they are right now. So you think you are getting an RN resume, and instead you are getting a cook who would like to be an RN someday. It's quite frustrating. I've paid for access to resume's, and the only one I like so far is Absolutelyhealthcare.com.
