INSTRUCTOR PRACTICAL NURSING
JERROTHIA RIGGS ADULT EDUCATION CENTER
The Camden Board of Education, through the Office of the Superintendent of Schools, is announcing openings in the
position listed above.
All persons interested in applying are advised regarding procedures to be utilized by the Superintendent of Schools in
receiving, processing and selection for ultimate recommendation to the Board of Education, as follows:
1. Screening Procedures:
a. Receipt of a completed application.
b. References from previous and current directors, principals and supervisors.
c. Personal interview.
2. Minimum Qualifications:
a. Hold a valid New Jersey Practical Nurse Instructor Certificate.
b. A minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing.
c. New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
d. Demonstrated knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
e. Three (3) years of medical surgical experience.
f. Required criminal history background check, physical and proof of U. S. citizenship or legal
resident alien status.
