Even though I'm a nurse I've been working out in the community for the last 10 months. I work in a newly funded project aimed at helping people through self management techniques to change unhealthy behaviours that the individual identifies they want to work on. It is a consideration to include children in this pilot, especially due to my 'raised' thoughts about parents knowledge and 'lack' of skill contributing to the children's often asthma or obesity problems! sad.gif
