Hi everyone. My name is Heather. I am not a nurse :( however, I am planning to return for my RN in about a year or so. I just graduated from Medical Assisting (I chose this in hopes of getting my foot in the door.. worked :P) and in need of some advice. While I have been working in the office setting, I have noticed that the MAs, LPNs, and RNs, do just the same as I do. (This is in the office setting of course) My first priority is always my patients. I love helping people and it is something that I have always wanted to do since I was a little girl. One problem that I have run into is pronouncing meds, and knowing what they are for. Does anyone know anything that may help me (like a cheat sheet?). I bought a little pocket guide that really doesn't help much because it only has about 50 drugs in it, and most of them are not really used in the office. Any feedback is greatly appreciated! Thanks
I'm New... I need some advice plz

Success stems from hard work, devotion, and the ability to learn from one's mistakes.
