I'd like to hear from anyone who has or is considering getting a masters degree in nursing...and what degree you want or have? Pros and cons? It seems there isn't much financial benefit to getting a masters degree, rather a personal satisfaction and increased job choices and responsibility. I'd love to hear opinions from anyone who's got some input!! Please! smile.gif

I am interested in getting my masters in nursing anesthesia. I believe the average salary in my area for CRNAs was 180K last year.

HI,

I have my BSN in nursing and dont feel the need to get my masters. I am enjoying where i am for the moment. If i ever decide to give up bedside nursing I would consider getting my masters.

Success stems from hard work, devotion, and the ability to learn from one's mistakes.
