When I click on the Live Chat icon I just get a grey blank screen. With this at the bottom:

This chatroom is for registered members of the NurseChat.com message board. Register and log in to the message board first, before attempting to join the chatroom.

I am logged on... and it still doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks,

Are you using AOL by chance? If so, you might want to use the regular Internet Explorer, instead.

Also, make sure your browser is at the latest version. See:

for updates.

It has been suggested that persons login and set a time when they would like to chat online and then login at that time. It may help others who would like to chat but are experienceing the same problem. ie login in and let them know you will be there at 8pm next wed. Then be on at that time.
Good Luck

No-one chatting on the live chat. When is the best time to log on?

The system uses a Java applet. I'm not sure of the server or port (I think it tries different ones).

If your browser doesn't have Java, try: http://www.sun.com/java/ (free download)

I do have the java applet, but when I try to login to the live chat it says cannot find server, please try again. And it continues to say that regardless of how many times I try again. Any suggestions?

It might be client0.invisionchat.com, or client.invisionchat.com, ports 9000-9009.
