hey, im currently in grade 12 and am applying to universities but am unsure as to which would be best. I decided i want to stay close to home and narrowed down my list to five but obviously some schools are better then others and i was wondering if you guys could tell me which ones would be best? If you never heard of these schools can you tell me what the semesters were like and stuff..cause im sooo nervous.
Here are my choices: ryerson, western (fanshawe), university of windsor, brock and mcmaster which i probably wont get in to. Thanks for any help.
help?

I haven't heard anything bad about any of those schools. I would try and go to the information sessions on all that you are interested in and it may help you to decide more. Also look at the finances each school would take, where you would live. It might help also to find out if you can what their ratio of those starting and those that actually graduate are. You want to be close to home but you have named schools in Toronto, Hamilton, St. Catharines, Windsor and London. Keep in mind the travel time and expense to travel home. Do you have a car? What are the bus/train schedules like from the university to your home. It would also be nice if you could find some friends going to the same university so you won't feel all alone at the beginning.
