SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER MUST BE SUBMITTED UNDER CERTIFICATIONS SO WE MAY CONDUCT A PRELIMINARY BACKGROUND CHECK. Prior to candidate submittal we require 2 professional references, resume, and skills checklist. If you do not have documentation required for contract, then we will not allow candidates to start even if they have been confirmed for an assignment. This documentation includes education verification and all immunization documentation as listed in contract.
