Hi. New to this chat thing but interested in discussing career satisfaction with other Ontario RPN's. I work in a municipal long term care facililty where working to full scope of practice will be implemented in the new year. I'm confident and competent in this role but fear my already heavy workload will become unmanageable and unsafe. Anyone out there going through similiar changes?
