Hey ya'll...I'm new here to this site, been in nursing for 16 years...love orthopedics! Amazing to see some folks here from the UK and Germany...a pleasant surprise. I live in North Carolina. I work in a 900 bed medical center on an orthopedic unit doing a combination of team/primary care nursing.

Since I work in a small rural hospital in Canada, what is your staff to patient ratio there? I'm interested to see how different it is from here.
