I can think of a couple of ones.
Paraldehyde to stop seizures - smells terrible and that odor sure lingers!
Liquid Phenobarb tastes terrible and so does Orbenin (Cloxacillin). I remember a wise nursing instructor telling us that we should taste meds before we give them to children so we can experience first hand what we are up against and not lie to the kids. The after taste and lingering effects of those two meds is totally disgusting and I sure can understand why the kids end up wearing the drugs instead of swollowing them.

It appears Zoladex is for prostate cancer (searching on Google).

I know- I used to work at an adolescent treatment center. We didn't give anything via an NG tube, not on site anyway, but we gave Ipecac once in a while! Not a pleasant experience for the kiddos. And you're right, you hope it "teaches" them not to do it again. Because if the action they take is a cry for help in the first place, it's a very very dangerous way to get it. Better to learn to talk about and ask for what you need! The kids were supervised taking their meds so I don't remember any drug overdoses while I worked there, but they swallowed all sorts of other things.
